Yours: your balance

Your EBBL answers to your key alone. You can hold it, move it, or sell it. The contract has no say over a balance it does not own — no freeze, no forced transfer, no approval trick. This is the only part of the system any individual controls, and it is the part you control.

The market’s: the price

The price is set by trading, which is everyone’s business and no one’s authority. The mechanism never targets a price; it answers flow. Outflow is met with buying, inflow is met with stillness, and the price is left to the market.

Nobody’s: the rules

Hardest of all are the constants. The Draw is 2%. The window rule is fixed. The supply is 150,000 EBBL with no issuance path. The Silt moves in one direction only. None of these is a setting; all of them are structure. Changing any one would mean deploying a different contract — and a different contract would be a different product, not a new version of this one.

That is the whole hierarchy: you control your balance, the market controls the price, and no one controls the rules.
