The Draw.

Ebbline has one fee and only one. This page says what is charged, what is not, where the fee goes, and what it adds up to.

What is charged

Each trade on the market pays the Draw: 2% of the trade. Buys pay it and sells pay it, at the same rate, taken by the hook at the moment of the swap. There is no schedule, no tier, and no exception.

What is free

Holding is free. There is no fee for keeping EBBL in your wallet, no charge that arrives with time, and nothing to renew. The only moment the system takes anything is the moment of a trade.

Where it goes

The Draw gathers in the Shallows — the balance the hook holds — and it has exactly one destination: on a window of net outflow, it buys EBBL from the market, and the bought units settle in the Silt. The Draw is never paid out to anyone. It is working capital with one job.

A worked example

Trade sizeThe Draw (2%)Where it goes
1 ETH of buys0.02 ETHThe Shallows
10 ETH of sells0.20 ETHThe Shallows
A window of 95 ETH volume1.90 ETHThe Shallows, then an Ebb if the window closes on outflow

The rate is a constant. The fee a trade pays on day one is the fee it pays forever, because no transaction can change it.
